The Social Research Centre has an extensive data collection capacity at our two Melbourne offices. We operate a 126 station Call Centre and a fully equipped group room with in situ and remote client viewing facilities. We employ over 70 permanent staff, including 51 research and analytical staff, and approximately 300 telephone interviewers.
Given the sole focus of our business is social and health research our qualitative and quantitative researchers have vast experience in working to the exacting standards required for high-level research of this nature.
We have built our telephone interviewing team around a core of highly experienced career interviewers. This approach has enabled us to develop a team of interviewers with specialist social research skills. Our interviewers have proven ability to achieve high response rates, collect high quality survey data and work in sensitive subject matter areas.
Our customised CATI software (Quancept) can manage extremely complex questionnaires and rigorous sample management tasks. Our back-up and disaster recovery systems are state of the art. The Social Research Centre has quality accreditation according to the ISO 20252 – Market, Opinion and Social Research Standard.
