Method of entry:  Entry is open to respondents of the 2024 Graduate Outcomes Survey February collection period. To be included in the rolling prize draw, those invited to complete the Graduate Outcomes Survey must complete the survey online at qilt.edu.au/gos.

Employees of the Social Research Centre are ineligible to enter this trade promotion lottery.  

Entry into the draw for persons in South Australia aged under 18 years (on the date of the survey launch), will be subject to confirmation of parental consent via response to a question in-survey.

Duration of entry period:  The total entry period for inclusion in the competition is from survey launch on 06 February 2024 to 04 March 2024 at 11.59pm AEDT. Four prize draws will occur during this period, with the following schedule:

• Respondents who complete their survey before 11.59pm AEDT 12 February will be entered into prize draws #1 to #4 and will be eligible to win a prize in each draw.
• Respondents who complete their survey before 11.59pm AEDT 19 February will be entered into three prize draws and will be eligible to win a prize in Prize Draw #2, #3 and #4.
• Respondents who complete their survey before 11.59pm AEDT 26 February will be entered into two prize draws and will be eligible to win a prize in Prize Draw #3 and #4.
• Respondents who complete their survey before 11.59pm AEDT 04 March will be entered into and will be eligible to win a prize in Prize Draw #4.
  
  

Details of prizes and prize values:

In total, 4 x $1,000 and 8 x $250 will be drawn. Total prize draw values for each State and Territory are: NSW/QLD/ACT $1,000, VIC/SA/WA/TAS/NT $1,000 and a national prize pool of $4,000. The total prize pool is valued at $6,000.

Date, time and place of draw: The prize draws will be conducted with the following schedule:

• Prize Draw #1: 11:00 am AEDT 14 February 2024
• Prize Draw #2: 11:00 am AEDT 21 February 2024
• Prize Draw #3: 11:00 am AEDT 28 February 2024

All draws from 14 February 2024 to 06 March 2024 will be conducted at Level 5, 350 Queen St, Melbourne, Victoria 3000. Winners will be identified through a random computer-generated draw.

Publication of winner names:  Winners will be notified by telephone and in writing via email within seven days of the relevant draw. The initials and the higher education institution of winners will be published online at https://www.facebook.com/QILT1 with the following schedule:

• Prize Draw #1: 14 February 2024
• Prize Draw #2: 21 February 2024
• Prize Draw #3: 28 February 2024
• Prize Draw #4: 06 March 2024

The initials and the higher education institution of winners be published online at https://www.facebook.com/QILT1 on 03 July 2024.

Cancellation clause: If, for any reason, any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
