Ros has more than 12 years of experience in consulting to all levels of government and the not-for-profit sector. She specialises in qualitative research and evaluation in the areas of public health, mental health and wellbeing, trauma and family violence, employment and education.

Ros is highly skilled at conducting research and evaluation with a range of stakeholder audiences, from organisational leaders and service providers through to vulnerable and harder to reach audiences, including people with mental health conditions and disabilities, job seekers and people on low incomes, parents and carers, people experiencing family violence and homelessness, people from refugee and new arrival communities and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians.

Ros has a Master of Public Health (Monash), and a Bachelor of Social Work (Hons) and Bachelor of Arts (Psych) (Melbourne). She has also attained QPR accreditation and is a full member of the Australian Market and Social Research Society.
