PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Method of entry: Entry is open to respondents of the ACT School leaver survey. To enter, those invited to complete the ACT School leaver survey must complete the survey online at www.srcentre.com.au/schoolsurvey
Entry into the Prize Draw is open to all those who complete the survey online by 11.59 pm AEST 31 May 2019.
Duration of entry period: The entry period for inclusion in the Prize Draw is from 3 May 2019 to 31 May 2019.
Details of prizes and prize values: The entry drawn in the Prize Draw will receive a prepaid VISA gift card. This item is valued at AUD $1,000. The total value of the prize pool is AUD $1,000.
Date, time and place of draw: The Prize Draw will be conducted at 12:00 pm AEST on 3 June 2019. All draws will be conducted at Level 9, 277 William street, Melbourne, Victoria 3000. The winner will be identified through a random computer-generated draw.
Publication of winner names: The winner will be notified by telephone or email. The first initial and surname of the winner will be published on 4 June 2019 on www.srcentre.com.au/actsurveydraw.
Traders name and address: The trader is the Social Research Centre Pty Ltd, Level 9, 277 William street, Melbourne, Victoria 3000. ABN: 91096153212
Unclaimed prize draw: If any prizes are unclaimed by 3 September 2019, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at 12:00 pm on 4 September 2019 at the above address. The winner will be notified by telephone or email. The first initial and surname of the winner will be published on 5 September 2019 on www.srcentre.com.au/actsurveydraw.
Privacy: Contact details will only be collected and retained by “the Trader” for the purposes of the prize draw only and will not be released or used for any other purpose. Except for the announcement of the winning entries, all confidentiality will be retained and records in relation to the draw will be destroyed within State and Commonwealth Government requirements.
