Additional Child Care Subsidy (child wellbeing) Child Care Provider Survey

Client: Department of Education, Skills and Employment

The Additional Child Care Subsidy (ACCS) (child wellbeing) is a government payment made available to vulnerable families who need additional assistance with meeting the cost of child care. This survey is part of an evaluation to assess the effectiveness of the current ACCS (child wellbeing) delivery model, particularly in relation to eligibility language and length of support. Child care workers with experience in dealing with families receiving ACCS (child wellbeing) or preparing Determination applications are invited to give their opinions on the subsidy.

The survey is voluntary and will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

Completing the survey is a great opportunity to help inform the Department of Education, Skills and Employment’s advice to Government about improving access to early education and child care for vulnerable families.
