Graduate Outcomes Survey

Method of entry:  Entry is open to respondents of the 2026 Graduate Outcomes Survey May collection period. To be included in the rolling prize draw, those invited to complete the Graduate Outcomes Survey must complete the survey online at qilt.edu.au/gos.

Employees of the Social Research Centre are ineligible to enter this trade promotion lottery.  

Entry into the draw for persons in South Australia aged under 18 years (on the date of the survey launch), will be subject to confirmation of parental consent via response to a question in-survey.

Duration of entry period:  The total entry period for inclusion in the competition is from survey launch on 28 October 2025 to 24 November 2025 at 11.59pm AEDT. Four prize draws will occur during this period, with the following schedule:

• Respondents who complete their survey before 11.59pm AEDT 03 November will be entered into prize draws #1 to #4 and will be eligible to win a prize in each draw.
• Respondents who complete their survey before 11.59pm AEDT 10 November will be entered into three prize draws and will be eligible to win a prize in Prize Draw #2, #3 and #4.
• Respondents who complete their survey before 11.59pm AEDT 17 November will be entered into two prize draws and will be eligible to win a prize in Prize Draw #3 and #4.
• Respondents who complete their survey before 11.59pm AEDT 24 November will be entered into and will be eligible to win a prize in Prize Draw #4.

Details of prizes and prize values: 

The total prize pool is valued at $27,000.

In total, 12 x $1,000, 20 x $500, and 20 x $250 e-gift cards will be drawn.

The total prize draw values for each State and Territory are NSW / VIC $9,000, TAS/NT/SA $3,000, WA/ACT $3,000 and a national prize pool of $12,000.

The prepaid e-gift cards can be used for a selection of Australian retailers. 

Date, time and place of draw: The prize draws will be conducted with the following schedule:

• Prize Draw #1: 11:00 am AEDT 05 November 2025
• Prize Draw #2: 11:00 am AEDT 12 November 2025
• Prize Draw #3: 11:00 am AEDT 19 November 2025
• Prize Draw #4: 11:00 am AEDT 26 November 2025

All draws from 05 November 2025 to 26 November 2025 will be conducted at Level 5, 350 Queen St, Melbourne, Victoria 3000. Winners will be identified through a random computer-generated draw.

Publication of winner names:  Winners will be notified by telephone and in writing via email within seven days of the relevant draw. The first name initial, last name, postcode and the higher education institution of winners will be published online at https://www.facebook.com/QILT1 with the following schedule:

• Prize Draw #1: 05 November 2025
• Prize Draw #2: 12 November 2025
• Prize Draw #3: 19 November 2025
• Prize Draw #4: 26 November 2025

Unclaimed prize draw: If any prizes are unclaimed by 02 March 2026, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at 11:00 am AEDT on 04 March 2026 at Level 5, 350 Queen St, Victoria, Melbourne 3000. The first name initial, last name, postcode and the higher education institution of winners be published online at https://www.facebook.com/QILT1 on 04 March 2026.

Cancellation clause: If, for any reason, any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
