This is an important study on the health and wellbeing of people living in Australia. The results will be used to support policy, planning and research to improve the health of the Australian population. Answers to the survey questions will be used to understand the health of Australians and the impacts of factors associated with health.

Your mobile number was obtained for this research from the Integrated Public Number Database. a list of all mobile numbers in Australia, with the authorisation of the Australian Communications and Media Authority. The ACMA is an independent Australian Government authority established by law that regulates communications and media services in Australia. You can visit to learn more.

The survey will take approximately 8 minutes to complete. All that is involved is answering some questions about your health and wellbeing.

The survey is completely voluntary. You do not have to answer any question if you do not feel comfortable doing so, and you can stop the interview at any time. The information from this survey will be used to help improve health services for people in your area and across Australia, so your help is very important to us.

An interviewer from The Social Research Centre may call you in the next week or so. As long as you are over 18 years old, we would like to speak with you as the phone owner.
