NSW Population Health Survey
Client: Ministry of Health NSW
This is a complex, high-specification telephone survey of 15,300 NSW residents per annum, including 2,200 children aged 0 to 15, spread across 15 NSW local health districts and the Albury local government area. It utilises an overlapping dual frame design and features best practice approaches such as a 12 call regime and interviewing in languages other than English.
Data collection is spread over 11 months of the year (mid Jan to mid Dec), and involves the capture of highly personal and private health information, demanding a high level of skill from the interviewing team.
